01What is the minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity starts from just 10 pieces per design. For custom-tailored uniforms with specific fabric requirements, we recommend a minimum of 25 pieces. We offer flexible ordering to accommodate businesses of all sizes.

02How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 2-3 weeks from order confirmation. For urgent requirements, we offer express delivery within 7-10 business days. Bulk orders of 500+ pieces may require 4-6 weeks depending on customization needs.

03Do you provide free samples?

Yes, we provide free fabric samples and color swatches. For custom prototype samples with your branding, a nominal fee applies which is fully refundable upon order confirmation. We want you to be 100% satisfied before production begins.

04Can you add our company logo?

Absolutely! We offer embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer, and sublimation printing for logos and branding. Our design team can help you position your logo perfectly. We support all file formats including AI, EPS, PDF, and high-resolution PNG.

05Do you offer alterations and repairs?

Yes, we provide alteration and repair services for uniforms purchased from us. Size exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery. We also offer an annual maintenance program for corporate clients to ensure uniforms remain in perfect condition.

06What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, cheques, and cash payments. For corporate clients, we offer flexible payment terms including 30/60/90-day credit facilities upon account approval. A 50% advance is required for new clients.
